In 2023, 9.5 million people tuned in throughout the two-hour special on Dec. 21, a +500% increase in viewership among adults 18-49 from last year. 

The special was the #1 rated show among adults 18-49 from 9-10pm, and the #2 rated program of the night, up from 10th the year prior. Jingle Ball was also the #1 social entertainment program that night, with an increase of +947% from last year's special.This year's broadcast was the highest rated since 2017 among adults 18-49 and highest total viewer delivery since being televised in 2013.
